Schytz Haaning presents Spring Exhibition- a group exhibition with seven international artists
This spring, Schytz Haaning presents the group exhibition Spring Exhibition, bringing together seven emerging international artists. The exhibition highlights new tendencies within contemporary art and offers a current insight into a generation of artists working to shape the international art scene. The participating artists work across a range of media and forms of expression, and the exhibition includes paintings, installations, sculptures and drawings. Together, the works create a dynamic encounter between different artistic practices and perspectives, where new connections and intersections emerge.
With Spring Exhibition, Schytz Haaning aims to present a strong selection of younger artists who, each in their own way, challenge and expand the boundaries of contemporary art. While the artists work in different styles and thematic fields, they share a distinctive creative energy and an exploratory approach to the possibilities of art. For years, the gallery has had a particular focus on communicating contemporary art to a broader audience. With this exhibition, visitors have a unique opportunity to experience a number of international artists up close and gain insight into some of the artistic currents shaping contemporary art right now. The exhibition presents works by artists; Andrea Kassens, Azim F. Becker, Clara Vivian Stang, Felix Dörrenbecher, Katya Quel, Klára Sedlo, and Xu Fancheng.
The vernissage will take place on Thursday, April 9, from 5–7 pm at Schytz Haaning, Havnegade 18, 7100 Vejle, Denmark. At 5 pm there will be a short introduction to the exhibition.
